In our experience the programs that work best are the programs that tennis players of all different types can learn from.
Focusing on the core fundamentals and the having a unique communication style as a coach is always important. Top Speed Tennis does a good job of utilizing professional strokes from the ATP tour to show different elements of each swing.
Top Speed Tennis also spends a great deal of time focusing on professional players like Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer among others to showcase their teaching philosophy.
One thing to be aware of is that many people have expressed some concern and uncertainty in forums about the lack of any professional playing or teaching experience by the instructors on the site.
The instructor at Top Speed Tennis is Clay Ballard and he acknowledges that he is just a recreational player like those that visit the site looking for instruction themselves. He also doesn’t make any misleading claims of being a an experienced high caliber player or teaching professional.
So, if you are looking for high-level teaching professionals this site might not be a good fit for you, as the instructors seem to be amateur/recreational players that are providing the instruction.
None the less, as far as FREE videos are concerned, we felt like they did a pretty good job utilizing Novak Djokovic and others (a common YouTube pastime for the tennis sites) to teach techniques.

This is really dependent upon the individual user, but Top Speed Tennis has quite a few subscribers with varying degrees of appreciation for their videos. The reviews range from very supportive to very disappointed, but we felt like most of the videos we watched were good.
The website says that their main goal is to create an organized lesson plan for tennis players and they seem to be pretty organized on their YouTube page.
It is easy to locate and find videos that are sorted by strokes and highlighted by bold headlines announcing what the video will cover.
Again, the reviews for Top Speed Tennis are varied depending on the video and the user. Some reviews are very supportive and some are very disappointing. On average you see people generally pleased with most of the videos that they produce.

Top Speed Tennis has a lot of volume in terms of videos on their YouTube page, they do a good job of producing new videos regularly. The quality varies from video to video and some of the comparative video analysis with the top pros is ok.
The only downside is the unavoidable fact that learning tennis from a recreational player without top flight teaching or playing experience will always have its limitations.
Most modern online video programs with former top Division I or ATP pros that we have reviewed have an inherent advantage that allows them to teach in a more in-depth and comprehensive manner.
This is something to keep in mind if you are looking for a single program that is the easiest and fastest way to learn the game.
